As IT Applications Support Specialist, you are the key operational link between business users, dealerships and the IT Strategy & Transformation organization within Astara Germany. You ensure the smooth day-to-day usage of the Astara Platform, resolve functional issues, translate business needs into system enhancements and actively contribute to user adoption and process excellence.
