Position Overview: The Sales Billing Clerk reports to the Customer Service Manager. They are responsible for servicing internal and external customers by compiling and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. The Sales Billing Clerk ensures payments are posted in a timely manner for services and/or goods provided. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Process daily sales edits, coordinating with members of the sales team - Initiate calls to customers pertaining to payment issues - Create and maintain documentation of key processes and activities within individual scope of responsibility - Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement initiatives to drive simplicity, automate, remove non-value-added work, and standardize processes - Comply with all CRH procedures, policies, and documentation requirements, while maintaining SOX compliance -...
