Lean Practitioner Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 787 Program is seeking a qualified Lean Practitioner Manager (Level K) to lead a team of process improvement experts supporting continuous improvement efforts for the Program. You will be located in North Charleston, South Carolina. You will be responsible for managing a team of Lean Practitioners and Kaizen Technicians, positioned to use Boeing Lean tools, processes, and methodologies to enable Production System performance, improve First Pass Quality, reduce flow, and increase employee engagement. You will also work as part of your assigned business unit's leadership team, partnering with key stakeholders to design and execute the overall Process Improvement and Lean strategy to enable Rate performance.
