BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Contents Technician is an integral part of the BluSky Team skilled in the completion of complex contents cleaning tasks. Responsible for duties that relate to the cleaning of both residential and commercial contents. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Field Duties o Pack outs o On location cleaning o Content processing/deodorization o Cleaning of upholstery and carpets o Content storage/handling o Water mitigation o Microbial remediation o Structural board-up and security o Proper handling of cleaning chemicals Proficient in all restoration facets including: - Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel - Photo document overall condition of content prior to onsite packing - Complete all necessary paperwork including emergency mitigation spec sheets, daily project summaries, moisture tracking logs, diagrams, work authorizations, and inventories - Manage/maintain content cleaning area and storage areas to highest level professional standards General Responsibilities: - Representation on BluSky emergency mitigation on call management rotation - Provide the highest level of customer service - Adheres to all company Best Practices - All oth...
