The Firmwide Product & Design Recruiting team partners across lines of business to hire world-class talent in Product Management and Product Experience/Design . We work as strategic advisors to hiring leaders, combining market insights, proactive sourcing, inclusive hiring practices, and operational rigor to deliver great outcomes for candidates and the business—at scale. As a Product & Design Recruiting Manager , you will operate as a player/coach , owning full-cycle recruiting for critical Product Management and Product Design hiring while leading and developing a team of 4–6 recruiters . You will partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers across the firm to shape hiring strategy, build diverse pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience, and drive disciplined, data-informed execution across the recruiting lifecycle.
