To improve patient care and patient satisfaction, a new employee can help the doctor see more patients, reducing wait times and increasing patient access and patient care. We are urgently seeking to hire a highly skilled individual to support a high‑volume, fast‑paced physician. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities: Take vitals and room patients: Assist during medical procedures: Request and obtain necessary clinical documents for patients' chart Organize examination rooms: May assist in verifying patient insurance, assist with voicemail and returns calls accordingly Communicate with providers, staff and patients.
