Over the past two concert seasons, average tips have been approximately $18.60 per hour, though actual tips vary by show. About Us: Food and beverage operations at Hayden Homes Amphitheater support hundreds of thousands of guests during live events each season. Our new pizza program is designed to deliver fast, consistent, delicious pizzas in a high-volume environment, using a small menu and efficient production flow. Pizza Line Cooks play a key role in executing this program during every event. Job Overview: As a Pizza Line Cook, you’ll work in an outdoor kitchen environment preparing 10-inch personal pizzas in volume for HHA’s live concert series. This role focuses on speed, consistency, and efficiency, with pizzas production supporting rapid service during peak demand. The kitchen operates using a quad stack, propane-fueled pizza oven, along with prep tables and warming equipment.
