Compensation: $21-$25/hour (based on experience): What You’ll Do: Keep materials moving using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage areas Stage materials for production to keep workflows smooth Support machine operators and the production team Monitor and restock packaging supplies to eliminate downtime Perform basic equipment maintenance: Follow safety protocols to keep everyone safe Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency Ensure quality and care in all materials handled What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent: Experience in material handling (manufacturing/packaging = big plus!)
