Job description

Manage the Asset Protection department. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports - Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service - Maximize sales and sales margins - Reduce customer and associate dishonesty by initiating action to identify high theft areas and by investigating and apprehending individuals involved in both internal and external theft - Monitor large shrink areas in stores - Provide credible court testimony - Implement corporate and divisional service, merchandising and operating requirements - Maintain knowledge of corporate and divisional merchandising plans, expectations and timetables - Achieve department and store financial objectives/goals - Develop, implement and assess weekly work schedules and adjust those schedules as necessary - Conduct internal investigations - Minimize exposure to civil liability - Verify electronic article surveillance (EAS) is being utilized and maintained - Participate in safety meetings - Co-chair/attend...
