YOUR OPPORTUNITY: We have an exciting Director of Retail Field Sales opportunity onsite in our Merriam, KS office. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key leader of the sales team. This position is responsible for managing a team of Retail Regional Field Sales Managers and Representatives. He or she will direct the efforts to develop, grow, and maintain a value-added and branded fresh pork customer base for the Retail Sales Channel. This individual will execute the action plans and sales strategy with their team to meet the goals and objectives of the Retail Channel, maintain and/or increasing product margins and volumes, gain new customers and grow distribution among existing customers, monitor and report on business development, manage budgets (volumes, accruals and marketing/trade funds) and overall help profitably grow the business in the retail sales channel.
