We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Technician to join our Adult Behavioral Health program in York, PA. Schedule: PRN - No set schedule or hours. Earn $21.23/hour with a bachelor's degree OR $18.75/hour with high school diploma/GED. Position Details: Our psychiatric technicians provide direct care to individuals with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) in an extended acute care (EAC) facility. This role involves supporting consumers in developing life skills for greater independence, implementing individualized treatment plans, and actively participating in the treatment planning process.
