Job description

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a proven ability to drive operational efficiency, and the confidence to act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to customer stakeholders. This position requires close, day-to-day collaboration with the customer, internal delivery teams, and external partners, and includes direct management of a small onsite program team. - Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream programs for a single onsite retail customer. - Act as the onsite program lead and primary interface for all program activities, risks, and issues. - Provide program leadership and governance, including defining controls, decision-making frameworks, and escalation paths. - Plan, execute, and manage the program lifecycle, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved. - Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. - Partner closely with business, technology, and operations teams to align program execution with customer goals. - Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to both customer and internal leadership. - Coordinate dependencies across pr...
