Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

WPM is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at Reserve at Sawmill, our luxury garden-style apartment and townhome community in Milford, DE. The Service Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, schedule and manage contractors and vendors, handle work orders and apartment turns, and ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly. Previous residential maintenance management experience is strongly preferred. 💲 Starting at $30.00 per hour, based on experience 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call availability Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance - Manage unit turnover and move-in/move-out processes - Oversee work order systems, ensuring timely completion and accurate updates - Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs - Coordinate and schedule contractors, vendors, and third-party services - Execute routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment and property life - Collaborate with the Property Manager on project updates, unit turns, and work order progress - Ensure compliance wi...
