Facilities Supervisor - Plant Farley JOB SUMMARY: This team member will provide direction and oversight for the daily activities of the Facilities Maintenance team, including Painter Material Handlers and Nuclear Technicians. The successful candidate will: - Have ultimate oversight responsibility for upkeep and maintenance of plant facilities, grounds, landscaping, and similar. This includes all plant areas, both inside and outside of the protected area. - Have responsibility for the proper contract administration and task direction of contracts covering numerous and various contractors and services for both routine and unforeseen facility needs. - Maintain a thorough commitment to total customer service and satisfaction. - Set and reinforce management standards and expectations in the organization. - Monitor performance of and provide feedback to assigned personnel while maintaining a focus on personnel development. - Be the overall administrator of SNC/IBEW Memorandum of Agreement as it applies to the Facilities Maintenance team.
