New graduates welcome to apply! This important role functions as a generalist in Chemistry, Hematology/Blood Bank, and limited Microbiology (specimen setup and rapid testing). In this position, you'll carry out laboratory procedures and take ownership of making sure patient results are accurate and reliable. You'll keep a close eye on quality control across all tests and play an active part in quality management and performance improvement initiatives across multiple departments.
