Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML, Creative Intelligence

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience with software development using one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Go). - 3 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. - Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, JAX) and production ML platforms (e.g., TFX, AdBrain). - Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems, and with data structures and algorithms. - Experience with generative models and their applications. - Experience working with and mentoring junior engineers. - Familiarity with online advertising systems, creative optimization, personalization, or recommender systems.
