We’re currently seeking an experienced Team Lead, Electrical Engineering to play a key leadership role on the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) and River Class Destroyer (RCD) Programs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and influence the design and delivery of complex electrical systems that support Canada’s naval fleet, while mentoring a talented team of engineers and working with a wide range of internal and external partners. As the Electrical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team focused on the design, development, and implementation of shipboard electrical systems and related subsystems. You’ll provide both technical leadership and people leadership, ensuring solutions meet program, regulatory, and schedule requirements while driving continuous improvement.
