Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Transit Manager, successful applicants will inspect transit vehicles and transport passengers safely and efficiently on fixed route or on-demand public transit system, complete required paperwork as necessary Duties & Responsibilities: - Inspect and operate Tribal Transit vehicles for the purpose of transporting passengers. - Assists passengers in boarding and alighting bus, operation of ramps and wheelchair lifts as necessary. - Assists in the loading and unloading of passenger baggage and other items as necessary. - Inspects and maintains Tribal Transit vehicles insuring safe operating conditions. - Maintain professional image and provide excellent customer service. - Assure that required fares are deposited in farebox and provide customer information as needed. - Maintain records and complete all required paperwork. - Comply...
