DAS Construction Manager

Job description

The DAS Construction Manager oversees the end-to-end construction and deployment of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), private wireless networks, and Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) installations. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical specifications and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Oversight: - Manage multiple active DAS deployment projects simultaneously from initiation through commissioning - Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary Technical Construction Management: - Oversee installation of DAS equipment including head-end units, remote antenna units, fiber optic cables, and coaxial distribution systems - Manage private network deployments for enterprise clients, venues, and campuses - Supervise BDA installations for in-building wireless coverage enhancement - Ensure all installations comply with RF engineering specifications and performance requirements Quality Assurance & Compliance: - Co...
