Your Role: As BDR Manager, you will own and accelerate the outbound-sourced pipeline and conversion to revenue across France, Germany, and Italy. You’ll lead a high-performing team of 5 multilingual BDRs located in Paris and Barcelona, who partner closely with Sales to generate and qualify opportunities from cold and warm outbound motions.
