Job Description: - Review the scope of work and construction drawings with the Crew Lead. - Teach less experienced team members. - Supervise and direct crew members when working. - The ability to collaborate with the crew foreperson and run/oversee the top part of the jobs daily and fill in when the foreperson is away or off site. - Aid in verifying that all materials for the project are brought to the job site. - Verify that all the tools, equipment, and stocked supplies on your work vehicle are available and in working order. - Check the oil and fluids of each work vehicle. - Inspect each piece of equipment in your charge before use. - Inspect all PFAS (personal fall arrest systems) prior to climbing (assist in preparation of JHA). - Attend a daily tailgate meeting to address daily tasks and safety issues. - Report any safety concerns to the Crew Lead and/or Safety Coordinator. - Take direction from the Crew Lead to build the job following the scope of work/construction drawings. - Report any deviations from the scope of work/construction drawings to the Crew Lead. - Keep the site clean and orderly throughout the whole project. - Take pictures of final work and upload all documen...
