Job Title: Civil Superintendent –Data Center Location: Boyce, LA: Job Summary: The Civil Superintendent is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing all civil and sitework operations for a hyperscale data center project. This role ensures that earthwork, utilities, foundations, roadways, drainage, and all associated civil scopes are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements. Working closely with project management, engineers, and trade partners, the Civil Superintendent drives field productivity, maintains schedule alignment, and upholds the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires strong leadership, deep civil construction expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
