Job Summary: The Supply Chain Associate Category Manager, Commercial Governance provides focused commercial governance over the EPC agreement and major owner-furnished equipment contracts, ensuring compliance, disciplined change management, accurate milestone validation, and claims prevention. This individual must be able to interpret complex contracts, manage high-volume change processes, and interface effectively with Legal, Project Controls, and EPC commercial teams. Job Description: Key Roles & Responsibilities: EPC Contract Administration: - Serve as the owner's primary contract administrator for the EPC agreement - Interpret and enforce contract terms, conditions, and commercial provisions - Manage the formal change control process including evaluation, documentation, and approval - Ensure contract deliverables are tracked, validated, and documented - Identify potential claims and disputes early and coordinate resolution strategies with Legal Milestone...
