Royal Waste Services , a Waste Connections company, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Collections Representative to join our team in Queens NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, contacting customers to collect payments, and negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to resolving delinquent accounts. Schedule: Monday- Friday in office 5 days.
