Description Markon is seeking a Senior Plans and Budget Officer to support an Intelligence Customer. This role provides strategic, programmatic, and financial resource management support to executive leadership and mission groups. This position will play a critical role in budget formulation, justification, execution, and long-range planning to ensure mission objectives are achieved within available resource constraints. This position requires frequent interaction with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
