Primary Responsibilities: - Enter and balance accounts payable transactions - Monitor credit card charges and coding for expenses - Assist with various accounting team projects - Support Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets using Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot tables and Vlookups - Assist Financial administrators with help as needed - Process accounts payable transactions - Post all invoices into the accounting system - Handle and resolve disputed invoices - Request credits from vendors and reconcile...
