Overview Why We Need Your Talents: The Deli Attendant is responsible for preparing, cooking, and arranging food options to appeal to customers while also greeting guests with a positive and friendly attitude. Responsibilities: Where You'll Make an Impact: - Responsible for preparation of items and maintaining the temperature of the items. - Responsible for seasoning and garnishing food. - Responsible for preparing all soups and sauces. - Responsible for keeping the cooking area clean and in an orderly state. - Maintaining inventory and ordering food items on a daily basis. - Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests. - Responsible for operating cash register to cash out guests. - Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurant. - Responsible for assisting with bussing and cleaning tables. - Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures. - Responsible for stocking retail items and work stations. - Other duties as assigned.
