POSITION SUMMARY: The Relationship Banker promotes and cross-sells bank products and services to new and existing customers to meet their needs and the bank’s growth objectives. Must be fully trained and maintain continuous knowledge of the functions of both teller and banker roles. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Promotes, counsels, cross-sells and provides maintenance services to new and existing consumer and business customers to meet their needs. - Complete application process and other required paperwork for new accounts - Provides positive customer satisfaction by proactively assisting with account questions and resolving issues. - Effectively handles customer inquiries by phone or in person, resolving questions, complaints and conducts account research. - Provides additional services as needed or assigned. - Safe Act Certification required (NMLS). - Cross training of teller line duties required.
