POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Control (QC) Manager for the Malmstrom AFB Commercial Entrance Control Facility (ECF) is responsible for implementing and managing the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) system for all features of work, including site civil, utilities, structural, architectural, and security systems. This role provides daily onsite oversight of quality and documentation, coordinating closely with the Site Superintendent, Project Manager, USACE Quality Assurance (QA) staff, and Air Force stakeholders to ensure all work complies with contract plans and specifications, USACE requirements, and the project schedule and budget.
