State of Location: Pennsylvania Position Summary: We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and scalable learning experiences for Ivy teammates throughout the organization. This role requires a focus on learner-centricity, strong creative skills, and the ability to design authentic and impactful learning journeys for specific job roles. This role will also serve as a key creative voice for the Learning & Development team, helping shape the visual identity and storytelling approach of Ivy’s internal learning experiences through thoughtful use of multimedia, digital design, and engaging learning formats.
