Flexible scheduling, supportive team, and competitive shift differentials. Per diem staff are expected to work a minimum of two 8-hour shifts per pay period , including two weekend shifts per month , plus one minor and one major holiday shift per year . Weekend call-outs must be made up within one month. Provide medications, assist with ADLs, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the care team.
