The Assistant Manager of Leasing and Operations is an onsite leader that plays a key role in the success of the asset. This invaluable role collaborates with the property manager to ensure creative targeted campaigns and events are executed and align with the PeakMade brand. Through a collaborative effort you will work with the onsite team to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention and leasing goals. You will be a pinnacle part in the property’s success by ensuring that the financial functions and day to day operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
