About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant to join our transforming team and support the implementation of proactive Talent Management initiatives across the enterprise. As we explore opportunities to provide solid career pathing, succession planning, and team effectiveness, the Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant will work closely with members of the Human Resources Business Partner team.
