Hourly Pay Range: $35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000 Position: Mammography Technologist II: Location: 1410 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL Full Time, 40 hours weekly: Hours: Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm What you will do: Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, operates radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographs used by physicians to detect and treat breast cancer. In doing so, positions patients, adjusts x ‑ ray equipment to correct setting for each examination, and evaluates films quality. Tests radiologic equipment and maintains quality assurance records. Performs related office duties as necessary. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects to job, being attentive of eye contact, facial/body expressions and tone of voice. Explains procedure to patient, giving opportunity for questions to reduce anxiety and promote trust.
