Job description

Position Summary: Act as a liaison to stores, merchandising and the Bakery/Deli manufacturing group. Provide technical and training support to ensure execution of consistent quality standards and achieve mutual sales and profit goals. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Essential Job Functions: - Execute a structured Bakery/Deli training program for appropriate associates, including the implementation of bakery production sheets, maintenance of sanitation standards, equipment troubleshooting, food safety certification and label compliance and programming - Act as the first line of communication on all product quality issues from store to plant and to sales training manager - Communicate sales plans to the stores - Attend and present sales and training plans at zone meetings - Prepare write-ups for in-store execution of sales plan - Communicate write-ups/training techniques to Bakery/Deli marketing and training manager - Channe...
