Account Executive, New Business Sales (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in new business sales. - Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in building a pipeline from the initial stages. - Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement and strategy. - Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media. - Ability to be independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment. - Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients.
