We have positions available in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and 1:1 supports. What does this mean for you? As a 1:1 support worker, you can expect to work with a range of different Service Users in a range of different contexts. It might be supporting someone to go into the community to complete tasks such as shopping, banking or attending appointments, or go into their home to assist with daily living tasks.
