QTC is the State’s central financing authority and trusted advisor to Government. Our Energy team within the Advisory Division works at the centre of Queensland’s energy sector and energy transition, providing high ‑ impact commercial, financial and risk management advice. We are seeking a Principal to deliver strategic, commercial and evidence ‑ based advice, drawing on their deep experience in Australia’s electricity market, energy trading, risk management and/or infrastructure financing. You’ll lead analytical workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, and develop capability within the Energy team to deliver rigorous, commercial and market informed advice. Your work will directly contribute to financial sustainability, risk management and energy transition outcomes for Queensland.
