Description Job Title: Maintenance Director: Reports to: Administrator: Location: Symphony Maple Crest: FLSA Status: Exempt: Position Summary: In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Residents we serve; the Maintenance Director plays a critical role in maintaining all physical plant assets on the property. The Maintenance Director is responsible for the planning, development and overall operation of the Maintenance Department.
