This role is a part-time role (20 hours per week). We’re Progyny Global, part of the Progyny Inc. family. Our mission is to make fertility, pregnancy, and family-forming care accessible everywhere. As part of our expansion into (peri)menopause support, we’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and experienced Menopause Care Expert to guide members and strengthen our internal expertise. Your Role: As a Menopause Care Expert , you will provide high-quality virtual support to members navigating the menopause transition while serving as a trusted internal expert for our Member Experience team. You’ll play a key role in shaping menopause care at Progyny Global - from consultations and education to content, training, and knowledge management.
