Job Description Assists in coordination of the development and implementation of surge capacity plans with local health departments, emergency management and local health providers. Assists in coordinating training programs and emergency operation drills. Assists organization and outside agencies with emergency mitigation plans. Serves as a liaison to local municipal and federal emergency management authorities. Participates in the System Emergency Disaster and Response Team..
