Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Warehouse Utility to work out of our Wilkes-Barre, PA manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll oversee warehouse operations, ensuring product rotation, condition, inventory, security, and placement are efficiently maintained. You’ll also cover open sales routes as needed. We’re looking for someone who is well-organized, pays strong attention to detail, and can make independent decisions about inventory needs. This position requires strong basic math skills, and while previous warehouse experience is preferred, we’re open to enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. This role works on 2nd Shift (Monday- Friday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.) Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack. - Load and unload trucks with product or other materials (box trucks, reefers, 53-foot vans). - Scan and stage orders using a mobile scanning device. - Maintain accurate inventory of finished products and rotate inventory as fresh products arrive. - Organize new inventory according to best practices; double-stacking is required. - Use basic computer skills to generate Bill of Ladings and packing slips. - Keep the warehous...
