Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee daily operations of the accounts receivable department, including billing, and payment posting. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services, projects, and recurring accounts. Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment schedules, and account discrepancies. Supervise and train accounts receivable staff and provide performance guidance. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
