Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. involved in tracking those supplies. - Regular and consistent attendance - Cleaning all auditoriums prior to opening for business - Ensuring all lobby and hallway areas are properly cleaned prior to opening for business - Ensuring all restrooms are clean and stocked prior to opening for business - Ensuring that janitorial closet area clean, organized and stocked with needed supplies - The training, developing, coaching, scheduling and supervising of janitorial staff. - Purchasing and ordering janitorial and other cleaning supplies needed for daily operations, as well as the inventory and auditing processes - Reporting any facility damage found to the General Manager - Responsible for securing and reporting any found items to management. - Maintain building security in keeping doors secured and alarm set and disabled as required (if applicable). - Ensure all non-public areas are secure including arming, disarming and general operation of the alarm system. - Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods. - Have knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures. -...
