Overview Position: Facilitator (FT & PT): Department: Youth and Family Education: Availability of Position: 6/8/26-8/7/26: Schedule: Seasonal, Part Time and Full Time Reporting Relationship: Directly: Youth and Family Education Administrator; Indirectly: Youth and Family Education Coordinator Salary/Grade: $21.00 per hour; 75 NE Responsibilities: Description of Position: The Facilitator will lead and facilitate a specific art genre (seeking Art, Music, Coding, Career Exploration, Bridging the Gap, Character Education, Bible) instruction which actively engages the program participants in exploring new outlets for self-expression and skill development. Some content areas have curriculum and lesson plans will need to be reviewed and implemented. Art and Music will require lesson plans to be fully created. The facilitator will provide participants with a safe and enjoyable environment in which to learn arts and have fun. Modeling honest, positive behaviors and practices is necessary. Data must be collected on program impact. The facilitator must able to instruct youth of grades K-5 and plan age appropriate lessons for each age group. This position is a part-time employment.
