SHIFT LEADERS at are quick-service concepts work alongside store leadership to provide our guest’s a great hospitality experience while providing team support during the shift. In this developmental role, the SHIFT LEADER is responsible for overseeing and ensuring a high energy, efficient, and seamless shift for both team members and guests. The fundamentals of the role include focusing on food quality, guest experience, team support/ accountability, and overall shift success. THE BASICS: - Leads and inspires exceptional hospitality - Responsible for helping ensure front line is stocked with proper levels of food, that’s made to our standards - Develop and master knowledge of all menu items and FOH stations (Line, Cash, Expo) - Ensure team maintains a clean, sanitary and safe working environment throughout the shift - Following essential operational policies and procedures, and helping ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and employment laws - Participate in coaching and training hourly team members throughout the shift - Ensuring all guests have an awesome guest experience, including assistance in handling any guest complaints - Maintaining the flow of the shift...
