Organizational Change Management Consultant

Description Sargent & Lundy is transitioning from its current ERP and is seeking a contract Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support this enterprise-wide initiative. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Organizational Change and cross-functional leaders to design and execute change strategies that prepare employees, minimize disruption, and drive adoption of the new ERP tool. This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for 40 hours per week, with an estimated duration of 12 months.
