Description Sargent & Lundy is transitioning from its current ERP and is seeking a contract Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support this enterprise-wide initiative. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Organizational Change and cross-functional leaders to design and execute change strategies that prepare employees, minimize disruption, and drive adoption of the new ERP tool. This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for 40 hours per week, with an estimated duration of 12 months. Key Responsibilities: This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days. - Design and implement a change management plan that includes stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training approaches, and readiness monitoring. - Ensure change activities are aligned with strategic objectives, project scope, and implementation timelines. - Collaborate with organizational leaders to refine change strategies and address barriers to adoption. - Identify potential change-related risks, design mitigation strategies, and coordinate the associated...
