Job Summary The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery. This role manages staffing, scheduling, and payroll within established budget guidelines, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and Board of Pharmacy standards.
