You will assist with site preparation, material handling, tool management, and site cleanup, ensuring our field teams have everything they need to deliver high-quality signage solutions on schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Site Preparation: Assist the Lead Installer in preparing job sites, including clearing debris, staging tools, and organizing materials to ensure a smooth installation process. Material & Equipment Support: Safely load, unload, and transport signage, steel, aluminum, and installation hardware. Keep tools and materials organized on the truck and at the work site.
