Job Description: We are seeking an aspiring, technically competent retail property Analyst to join our Retail Capital Markets team. The role, based in the Sydney CBD, is to assist with campaign preparation, market research and analysis key to executing sale campaigns of retail properties across the Australian retail market. This role will be actively involved through the campaign lifecycle, from providing key input into submission and campaign marketing material to undertaking financial analysis and indicative asset pricing.
